Loughborough College group has industry-standard facilities and workshops across all its campuses, with an ongoing programme of significant investment in state-of-the-art facilities to maintain currency and relevance for key industries:
- The East Midlands Institute of Technology is a purpose-built facility for delivering Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing and Power Infrastructure training and qualifications, with cutting-edge practical resources.
- The Digital Skills Hub on the Loughborough campus provides high quality teaching and learning facilities for community upskilling and specialised advanced digital technology education to support Industry 4.0, cyber security and networking for industry.
- The Loughborough Sports Centre houses a large contemporary sports hall, flexible learning spaces and high-quality teaching facilities. This complements the College’s other sports and therapy facilities which provide enviable practical experiences, in collaboration with Loughborough University.
- T-levels, which provide a valuable bridge between school and employment, are a key component of the College Group’s full-time 16-18 provision, with the ability of these students to achieve work placements when part-skilled, in collaboration with employers who may well recruit dedicated students on completion; the Loughborough campus has a newly-built T-level Centre within which Electrical Installation, Engineering, Education and Early Years, Digital Production Design and Development, Health, Business and Management and Media Broadcast and Production are delivered, with facilities to simulate real-world workplace environments.
- Brooksby College Agritech Centre is a state-of-the-art facility, that supports Agricultural training, Land Management and Production. Brooskby college is a LANDEX specialist college that includes a working commercial arable and livestock farm.
- Cutting edge industry standard Fork Lift Truck and Heavy Goods Vehicle maintenance workshops at Stephenson College provide practical skills development opportunities.
- The Gas Academy and Industry standard professional trade workshops create opportunities across a range of construction sectors.
